01Who is responsible

Jonathan Farias (Jonh o Dev), Brazilian business registration (CNPJ) 58.169.556/0001-96, is the controller for processing carried out for this portfolio’s purposes. Privacy inquiries can be sent to contato@jonhdev.io. This policy covers this website; featured projects and external services may have their own policies.

02Data that may be processed

The portfolio has no registration, login area, checkout, or contact form. However, the following data may be involved:

• Email inquiries: your email address, name, and information you choose to include in messages or attachments. Only send what is necessary for the conversation and avoid unnecessary sensitive data.
• Website access: hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, and browser information to deliver content and protect the service.
• Language preference: the portfolio-language key stores pt or en in your browser’s localStorage. It is not an account or an advertising identifier.

03Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed according to its purpose and the applicable legal basis under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD):

• Responding to service inquiries and discussing proposals: preliminary steps related to a contract at your request and, if a service is agreed, performance of that contract.
• Responding to other messages, keeping the website functional, and preventing abuse: legitimate interests, where applicable, with an assessment of necessity and respect for your rights.
• Meeting legal or regulatory obligations and exercising rights in proceedings: the corresponding legal grounds under the LGPD.
• If a future purpose requires consent, it will be requested specifically and can be withdrawn. Simply visiting the website is not treated as consent.

04Cookies and language preference

The current portfolio code does not include advertising tools, marketing pixels, or visitor behavioral analytics. Language preference uses localStorage, not a cookie, and remains in your browser until you change it or clear the site’s data.

The website reads this preference to select a language; application code does not send it to a server. You can remove it through your browser’s privacy settings, after which the default language will be used.

Infrastructure services may use technical records and resources necessary for security and content delivery. If non-essential tracking tools are added, this policy and the relevant choice controls will be reviewed before activation.

05Providers and data sharing

Hostinger hosts the website. The email provider processes messages sent to the contact address. These providers may process data needed to deliver, maintain, and secure their services.

Data may also be shared where necessary to comply with legal obligations, valid orders from competent authorities, or to exercise rights. I do not sell contact data or use it for targeted advertising.

Depending on the providers’ infrastructure, data may be processed outside Brazil. International transfers under my responsibility will follow the applicable requirements and protection mechanisms of the LGPD and Brazil’s data protection authority, ANPD.

06Retention and security

Messages and contact data are kept as needed to address the inquiry, maintain the professional relationship, meet legal obligations, or exercise rights. Technical records follow operational and security needs and applicable retention requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, data is deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

Reasonable safeguards appropriate to the website and data are used. No system eliminates every risk; in the event of a relevant incident, the measures and notifications required by law will be taken.

07Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits of the LGPD, you may request:

• Confirmation of processing and access to your data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed unlawfully.
• Portability, where applicable and subject to regulations, and information about data sharing.
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, subject to lawful retention exceptions; information about refusing consent and its consequences; and withdrawal of consent when it is the legal basis.
• Objection to processing in the circumstances provided by law, and the right to petition ANPD.

To exercise your rights, email contato@jonhdev.io. Only information necessary to confirm your identity and protect your data may be requested. Requests will be handled within legal time limits, without charging for the exercise of your rights.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website or legislation. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes requiring specific notice or consent will be handled as required by law.
